ABSTRACT
Rheumatic syndromes can be seen in the course of neoplasia either accompanying,
antedating or postdating the diagnosis of cancer. Herein,
a 40-year-old female patient with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (L3)
preceded by a presentation mimicking sacroiliitis is reported.
