ABSTRACT
Aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC), especially in the ribs, is a rare disease,
considering to be a benign lesion which occurs mostly in children and
young adults. This case, however, concerns a 46-year-old female patient,
with complaints of pain and palpable mass in the right thoracic
wall, who was diagnosed to have ABC originating from the rib demonstrated
by radiological examinations, aspiration biopsy, and histopathological
verification. Surgical resection was performed to the
lesion.
